Founders Office Intern (U.S. Time Zone)

This role is for our own company - Weekday

Location : Remote

Work Hours : 8 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM IST (U.S. Shift, Non-Flexible)

Stipend : Up to ₹50,000 INR / month (Fixed + Variable)

Duration : 6 months (Potential extension based on performance and mutual agreement)

Note : Only 2025 graduates and candidates with a bachelor's degree will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for U.S.-based clients and candidates.
• Maintain a 90%+ interview completion rate through proactive communication and follow-ups.
• Ensure candidates are fully informed about the job role and company before interviews.
• Handle primary operations related to U.S. candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Provide secondary support with email handling and database management.
• Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts or no-shows through real-time coordination.
• Maintain clear documentation and operational updates across systems and stakeholders.
