Job Description

• Conducting financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Creating financial models and dashboards and present data and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Assisting with financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Cross functional collaboration with business leaders and department heads such as finance, operations and HR to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights that align with organisational goals.
• Identifying potential risks and opportunities within the property sector.
• Assisting in the formulation of special projects, expansion plans and other strategic initiatives.
• Analyse and track operating costs, identify areas for cost savings, and help optimise financial resources.
• Drive process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and data quality.

The Successful Applicant

• An MBA qualification is required. CA qualification is a plus.
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience across a similar role.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, database management, Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru.
• Willingness to work 5 days from office.
