What You’ll Own
Your north stars : ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, testing velocity .
You will :
- Turn growth targets into creative hypotheses, hooks & test plans .
- Own end-to-end performance creative production — concepts, scripts, storyboards, UGC, reels, statics, carousels, landing page assets.
- Build & optimize funnels and LPs so ads → LP → sale is one seamless, high-converting journey.
- Live in dashboards — scale winners, kill losers, codify learnings .
- Run a weekly testing engine that ships new concepts without fail.
- Lead & sharpen a small in-house + UGC / freelancer squad .
This Role Is Not for You If…
You’ve only done brand / awareness work.Your creative defense is “it looks good”.You can’t interpret performance dashboards.You don’t enjoy speed, experiments or iteration.You Should Have
5–10 years building performance-first creatives for D2C / e-commerce / travel / fintech.A portfolio that highlights impact, not aesthetics (CTR lifts, CAC drops, format wins).Strong command of short-form video + UGC for Meta, YouTube, reels.Comfort with funnels, pixels, attribution, experiments .Ability to build creative systems — templates, asset libraries, playbooks.What Success Looks Like in this role :
