Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Panchkula. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing various HR management functions, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations experience
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
