Job descriptionProvide the best travel solutions using GDS or other platforms for domestic and international flights, and hotel options based on customer needs and preferences. Offer car rental services to US customers by presenting suitable vehicle options, pricing, and additional benefits. Close bookings efficiently and accurately. Manage high-intent inbound leads, understand customer requirements, and convert them into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasive selling. Recommend add-ons like travel insurance, extra baggage, seat upgrades, or premium car services to enhance customer value and increase revenue. Work during US business hours (night shift) with a stable 5-day working schedule. Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in US travel sales, car rental, or related processes Communication : Excellent spoken English and sales communication skills Shift : Night shift (US time zone) Schedule : 5 days working Salary : Competitive, based on experience Transport : Both side cab facility provided Meals : Provided during shift hours Incentives : Attractive performance-based incentives
