We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Operations Specialist to support the smooth execution and governance of Compensation and Equity programs . This role is responsible for managing compensation processes, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating effectively with HR and business stakeholders to enable seamless reward operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of annual and periodic compensation cycles (Merit, Performance Pay, Promotions).Maintain and validate compensation data, pay ranges, and job structures within the HRMS.Prepare dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business and leadership decisions.Support Equity-related programs and administer activities within the Equity management tool.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness.Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate compensation operations.Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Compensation, Rewards, or HR Operations.Strong analytical and Excel skills ; experience with HRMS or Compensation systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) preferred.Basic knowledge of compensation principles , pay structures , and incentive programs .High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential data .Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments .Adaptable to changing business needs and supportive of continuous improvement initiatives.Strong oral and written communication skills with a collaborative approach.
