tableware category, we are now expanding into broader kitchenware and home categories. With a

serves, and shares food.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Manager to lead and expand our business across all online marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing marketplace business, growing the website business and ensuring smooth operations in the backend.
This role combines analytical thinking with operational execution across all online channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon Business Growth
- Plan and execute growth strategies to scale sales and profitability on Amazon India.
- Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations — listings, pricing, reviews, and ad campaigns.
- Optimize product titles, bullets, keywords, and A+ content for organic ranking and conversions.
- Track and optimize listing health, account health , and brand store updates .
- Coordinate with warehouse team for FBA stock planning (replenishment, ageing, storage cost control).
- Analyze category trends, competitor data, and pricing to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan for key sale events (Great Indian Festival, Prime Day, etc.) — deals, coupons, offers, and inventory readiness.
- Understanding of the amazon ad universe SP / SB / SD campaigns.
2. Website
Oversee website catalog and pricing on Shopify ; manage offers, collections, and banners.Do growth hacking to drive traffic to website.Monitor website KPIs : sessions, conversion rate, AOV, and abandoned carts.Integrate product visibility across Google Merchant, Meta, and influencer campaigns.3. Operations and Logistic
Ensure smooth flow between warehouse, marketplaces, and logistics partners .Maintain a central inventory tracker to avoid stockouts or overstocking.Monitor dispatch accuracy, packaging standards, and returns.Coordinate with customer support for timely issue resolution and feedback tracking.4. Reporting and Analytics
Maintain and present weekly dashboards on sales, ad spends, and profitability by SKU .Conduct regular performance reviews — campaign reports, keyword rank movement, etc.Identify revenue leakages, negative margins, or high return products , and suggest corrective action.Required Skills
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and growing brand sales.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets , keyword tools, and ad dashboards.Working knowledge of Shopify, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shiprocket .Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and campaign experimentation.Understanding of e-commerce logistics, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle management.Personal Attitude
