About The Role

We are seeking a highly competent HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Pune. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide HR and administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the organization. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative functions, with a focus on office and warehouse administration.

HR Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding :

• Coordinating recruitment efforts for various positions in the company.
• Managing the onboarding process for new hires and conducting induction programs. Employee Relations :
• Handling employee grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Facilitating communication between employees and management to address concerns.
