Arokee Online Solutions - Quality Assurance Lead - Cypress / Playwright Testing

We are looking for a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance and manage a team of QA engineers, and ensure milestone deliveries are defect-free.

The role requires strong leadership, test strategy planning, and hands-on testing.

Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the QA strategy for the projects.
• Manage QA engineers, assign test coverage areas, and monitor progress.
• Establish test automation frameworks (Cypress / Playwright + Detox).
• Ensure test coverage for :
• CRM workflows (Dream Deals).
• Job / Quote / Payment flows (Workly).
• HubSpot & API integrations (Kidcare.ai).
• Conduct performance, load, and security testing in coordination with DevOps.
• Provide QA sign-off for every milestone tied to payment releases.
• Report test metrics and quality KPIs to Program Manager.
