Quality Assurance Lead - Manual Testing

Description :

We are looking for a QA Lead who can take ownership of end-to-end quality processes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in manual testing, the ability to write effective test cases, and hands-on exposure to a wide range of QA tools. You will not only lead the testing lifecycle but also contribute to customer success by ensuring a flawless product experience.

Responsibilities :

• Define, design, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead manual testing efforts and ensure complete coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize QA tools and frameworks as per project needs.
• Ensure timely identification, tracking, and closure of defects.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver a robust, high-quality product.
• Establish QA best practices, guidelines, and documentation for scalable processes.
• Provide insights from testing to improve customer experience and reduce product issues in production.
