What You'll Do :

Source & Engage :   Proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent for diverse IT / Digital / ITES / BPS domains

Screen & Qualify :   Conduct thorough candidate assessments to match skills and aspirations with client requirements.

Pipeline Management :   Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful offer closure.

Target Achievement :   Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

Requirements

Exp in Recruitment, BPS, BFSI, Loan, Mortgage, Insurance, Finance, Banking , BPO , KPO or any other relevant domains.

Results-Driven :   A strong, demonstrable commitment to achieving goals and delivering results.

Exceptional Communicator :   Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate and client engagement.

Problem-Solver :   Aptitude for identifying challenges and proactively finding solutions.

Adaptable & Resilient :   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace continuous learning.

Tech-Savvy :   Comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms.
