As we scale our e-commerce and retail presence, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy, drive ROI, and expand our global customer base.
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong balance of analytical skills, creative testing, and luxury market understanding to ensure that our campaigns deliver measurable results while maintaining the brand's premium positioning.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels (TikTok, Snap, etc.).Create and manage ROI-driven strategies for search, display, remarketing, and paid social.Lead performance reporting , tracking KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, LTV, etc.) and providing actionable insights.Collaborate with creative and content teams to design high-performing ad creatives tailored for luxury jewelry audiences.Work closely with SEO, email marketing, and CRM teams to create a cohesive omni-channel growth strategy .Manage and optimize retargeting funnels , focusing on cart abandonment, Shop Pay users, and high-intent audiences.Drive A / B testing across ad copy, landing pages, and creatives for maximum performance.Identify new performance marketing opportunities, tools, and platforms.Manage agency / partner relationships where required.Stay updated on luxury e-commerce trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities .???? KPIs for SuccessAchieve target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) across paid channels.Grow qualified traffic and conversions on the website.Lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) while scaling reach.Increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (LTV).Consistently generate measurable revenue through performance campaigns.✅ Requirements4–6 years of experience in performance marketing , ideally in luxury e-commerce, jewelry, or fashion .Proven track record of scaling Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance campaigns .Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker, etc.).Expertise in A / B testing, attribution models, and conversion tracking .Knowledge of Shopify / e-commerce marketing ecosystem .Experience managing large ad budgets efficiently.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Creative mindset with sensitivity towards luxury brand positioning .Strong communication and project management skills.????
