Key Objective :
To manage and maintain the personal financial records, transactions, and banking operations of the Managing Director, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Bank Account Management
2. Maintain and monitor personal bank accounts of the MD (savings, current, investment accounts).
3. Track deposits, withdrawals, auto-debits, and credit card payments.
4. Record all personal income and expenses in Tally accurately.
5. Prepare monthly and yearly expense reports in Excel.
6. E-mail handling
7. Taxation & Compliance Support
Required Skills :
1. Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
2. Strong command of Microsoft Excel
3. Understanding of personal finance, banking processes, and tax basics.
4. Highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
Experience :
1. Minimum 3 years of experience handling accounts for high-level executives (Directors / MDs)
