Personal Assistant to Founder

Location : Remote (Bangalore)

Type : Full-Time

Working Hours : 9 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)

🎯 Role Overview

As the Personal Assistant to the Founder, you will be the right hand in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining communication, and keeping the founder focused on high-leverage activities. This is not a regular admin role. This is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and can operate with clarity, discretion, and ownership.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar management : Schedule meetings, calls, and personal events with precision.
  • Inbox triage : Filter, respond, and escalate emails / messages as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal team members for daily task updates, follow-ups, and project progress.
  • Prepare briefs, meeting notes, and SOPs based on voice notes or raw inputs.
  • Travel planning, expense tracking, and appointment booking.
  • Research and procurement tasks (tools, vendors, software).
  • Act as a gatekeeper to protect the founder’s time and energy.
  • Occasionally handle personal errands or requests as needed.

  • You're extremely organized, resourceful, and proactive.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • You understand confidentiality and work well under pressure.
  • You’re tech-savvy and quick to pick up tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Trello, WhatsApp, Google Suite).
  • You have a background in executive assistance, operations, or admin support (2+ years).
  • You're comfortable working with someone who has high standards and moves fast.
