Senior HR Specialist - Total Rewards

We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist - Total Rewards to join our growing global HR team. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing ZS's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring that our programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business priorities.

You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, corporate functions, and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights and innovative solutions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This position requires a balance of strategic perspective and hands-on execution, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence across a global, matrixed environment.

What You'll Do

Compensation Strategy & Design

• Drive key compensation initiatives, including market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, salary structure design, and incentive plan management.
• Lead and support bi-annual compensation cycles (merit and bonus), ensuring accuracy, process efficiency, and alignment with firmwide principles.
• Partner with HR and leadership to provide expert consultation on complex compensation matters, including job evaluations, promotions, and retention actions.
• Analyze and present compensation insights, trends, and recommendations to senior stakeholders to guide decision-making.
