Responsibilities
- Manage full staffing lifecycle for assigned portfolios or support senior staffing partners with account-specific tasks
- Validate demand and add proposals while coordinating next steps with stakeholders
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate assignments and ramp-down validations
- Serve as the main contact for staffing matters among delivery, practice, talent acquisition, and global staffing teams
- Maintain regular communication with delivery leaders to track demand and headcount changes
- Provide timely updates and guidance on staffing progress to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and upkeep of internal staffing systems through daily validations
- Monitor and report on key staffing performance indicators
Requirements
