Job description

SpectrumTek is actively seeking experienced professionals with at least one year of hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation. This role offers flexibility and is ideal for those who value dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation to meet business needs
  • Build compensation plans, quotas, credit rules, and process paysheets efficiently
  • Analyze and resolve issues, provide enhancement support, and conduct end-user training

Requirements :

  • At least one year of experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation
  • Hands-on configuration expertise
  • Strong analytical skills for issue resolution and enhancement support
  • Excellent communication skills for end-user training

    • The ideal candidate can join within 30 days of offer acceptance. Full-time employees and contractors are welcome to apply.
