Key Responsibilities

• Software Design : Contribute to designing and developing software solutions using Dynamics 365 application, .NET technologies and leveraging tools such as Figma, Visio, Azure DevOps, and Dataverse, within an Agile Scrum framework.
• Development : Help build and configure D365 Application using pro code and low code mechanisms. Assist in writing, testing, and debugging code for applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, C#, .NET, Power Automate, Power BI, PCF, AI using PVA, AI builder etc., under the guidance of a senior developer.
• Data Management : Work with data sources and ensure accurate integration with tools such as SSIS, ADF, Power Automate, Power Query etc.,
• Testing and Debugging : Perform testing of applications and automations (Selenium) related to the applications to identify and resolve issues or bugs.
• Documentation : Maintain documentation for project processes, configurations, and user guides related to D365 applications.
• User Support : Offer foundational support to end-users of D365 applications, including troubleshooting issues and addressing queries during the hyper care phase.
• Learning and Adaptation : Continuously enhance knowledge of D365 features and best practices to contribute effectively to ongoing projects and achieve company-sponsored certifications.
• Professionalism : Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
