As an accounting professional, you will be expected to :
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the client experience, such as by identifying opportunities to enhance services or by implementing new processes or technologies.
- Leading and managing a team of client accounting service professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance.
- Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improving the client experience and the overall performance of the client service team.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead client presentations and negotiations to secure new business.
- Drive revenue growth through effective account management and expansion strategies.
- Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in US accounting (knowledge of US GAAP preferable) and people management skills.Hands-on experience in commonly used accounting software like QBO, Sage, Zoho, Netsuite etc.Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to effectively manage complexity, i.e. multiple stakeholders, timelines and projects.Ability to manage large, complex accounts and deliver revenue growth.Ability to think strategically and solve problemsStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset.Skills Required
