Role : Research Associate – 179D

Location : Hyderabad

Position Overview :

Join our dynamic Energy Incentives (179D) division as a 179D Research Associate and drive value for our clients through comprehensive tax deduction studies. In this role, you'll collaborate with our US Project Team to manage and deliver platinum study process (PSP) solutions for clients in the construction industry.

What will be your responsibilities :

Research & Documentation

Ø  Master the 179D Tax Deduction requirements and Platinum Study Process through structured training and continuous learning

Ø  Analyze documentation including but not limited to : Construction drawings, Purchase orders and invoices, Payment applications, Permitting documents

Ø  Identify and evaluate client specific role in the installation of Energy Efficient Commercial Building Property (EECBP)

Project Management

Ø  Support project completion while meeting internal expectations and deadlines

Ø  Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables

Ø  Draft professional client communications to support project team

Ø  Submit error-free work to Quality Control Team and Project Managers

Ø  Maintain strict confidentiality of all business matters

Ø  Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.

What are we looking for :

Ø  1-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment

Ø  Demonstrated experience with primary and secondary research methodologies

Ø  Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to meet deadlines

Ø  Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Ø  Superior business judgment and communication abilities

Ø  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications

Ø  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
