🚀 We’re Hiring : Team Leader – Operations

📍 Location : Kolkata

🏢 Work Mode : On-site

🗓 Schedule : 5 days a week | Night Shifts

💰 Salary : Up to ₹5.5 LPA

Mandatory Requirements :

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 2+ years of BPO experience
  • At least 1 year as Team Leader for International Voice Process
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive team performance and manage escalations
  • Prepare and publish performance reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
  • Motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement

    • What We’re Looking For :

    ✅ Proven leadership in customer support

    ✅ Strong communication and decision-making skills

    ✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and KPI management

    ✅ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

    Preferred :

  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset with strong analytical abilities
