Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Intern located in Bengaluru. The Human Resource Intern will assist in daily HR tasks including maintaining HR policies, managing personnel records, handling employee benefits, and supporting HR management activities. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations and gain practical experience in various HR functions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
