Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern located in Bengaluru. The HR Intern will support the HR team in daily administrative tasks, assist in HR management and the implementation of HR policies, and help manage employee benefits and personnel files. The intern will also assist in recruitment processes, coordinate employee training programs, and support the organization of company events and activities. Regular interaction with employees and maintaining compliance with company policies are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience or familiarity with Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree or currently enrolled in a related field is beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
