Human Resource Associate

What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end recruitment with a focus on content roles (writers, editors, creators).
• Lead bulk hiring processes for editors and writers.
• Partner with hiring managers to plan and execute content hiring strategies.
• Build and manage strong talent pipelines to meet business needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Handle HR operations on Keka, including onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities.
• Support and execute employee engagement activities to strengthen workplace culture.
• Bring flexibility, speed, and a startup mindset to solve hiring and people-related challenges on the go.
