What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end recruitment with a focus on content roles (writers, editors, creators).
- Lead bulk hiring processes for editors and writers.
- Partner with hiring managers to plan and execute content hiring strategies.
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines to meet business needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Handle HR operations on Keka, including onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities.
- Support and execute employee engagement activities to strengthen workplace culture.
- Bring flexibility, speed, and a startup mindset to solve hiring and people-related challenges on the go.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to content hiring.Proven experience in hiring editors and writers.Familiarity with hiring tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Keka, other ATS).Ability to balance 70% recruitment responsibilities and 30% HR operations.Proven ability to close positions efficiently in fast-paced environments.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and action.This is a 6-month contract role (with possibility of extension).About KUKU
