Key Roles & Responsibilities :
The role involves achieving revenue targets as per business plan through effective sales and marketing strategies
Key Result Areas include :
1. Achieving Revenue Targets
2. Establishing Marketing reach & implementation of business development strategies
3. Achieving Gross Margin targets
4. Budgeting and Reporting
5. Training & Development
Candidate Profile :
Education Bachelors Degree preferably Engineering in any discipline is preferred
Any degree in Business Management is an added advantage.
Work Experience Must have 5-6years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in a fairly
large professionally managed organizations.
A sales professional with strong negotiation skills, equally effective at identifying opportunities, developing and providing business solutions. A seasoned sales manager with comprehensive experience in formulating strategic plans, directing business operations & focusing on customer retention.
Languages : English, Hindi proficiency along with regional languages like Kannada / Marathi & Bengali is preferred
Personal Attributes :
NOTE : The Position is based either at Kolkata & Pune / Bangalore and involves extensive travel across India, on a frequent basis.
