Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer Lead to drive technical leadership, solution design, and integrations across multiple ServiceNow instances. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in ITSM, hands-on development skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers while ensuring quality, governance, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of ServiceNow developers.
- Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Solution Architecture & Design
- Architect and design scalable solutions for the migration and enhancement of 20+ ServiceNow instances.
- Ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Integration Management
- Oversee development and management of integrations with enterprise systems (SAP, monitoring tools, CMDB, telco devices, omni-channel operations).
- Ensure secure, efficient, and reliable integrations.
- Hands-on Development & Workshops
- Conduct technical workshops with stakeholders.
- Perform hands-on ServiceNow development, customization, and integration.
- Technical Governance
- Maintain code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and manage the full development lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business teams and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM applications .5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, scripting).Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.Proven leadership in managing ServiceNow developer teams on complex projects.Solid understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, and ITSM processes .Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture .Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) .Telecom industry experience.Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments .Familiarity with Agile methodologies .Skills Required
