Role Overview :
We are seeking a Lead – App Integrator with deep expertise in Google Cloud App Integration to design, lead, and deliver enterprise-grade integration solutions for our digital banking ecosystem.
The role involves architecting and orchestrating complex workflows that integrate banking systems with platforms like Salesforce , Amazon Redshift , and core databases , while ensuring scalability, performance, and security. You will lead a team of integration developers and collaborate with architecture, API, and cloud engineering teams to deliver reliable, automated, and future-ready integration services.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Lead the design and delivery of integration workflows using Google Cloud App Integration .
- Define and oversee integration architecture aligning with enterprise and banking standards.
- Architect end-to-end service orchestration involving Apigee APIs , Pub / Sub , BigQuery , Cloud Functions , and AppSheet / Apps Script .
- Drive best practices for connectors integration — Salesforce , Redshift , Core Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) , and 3rd-party fintech systems .
- Establish standards, frameworks, and reusable components for integration design and automation.
Delivery & Development Oversight : -
Lead and mentor a team of App Integration Developers to deliver high-quality integration solutions.Review solution designs, flows, and mappings for scalability, error handling, and security.Ensure API orchestration , workflow automation , and event-driven designs are efficiently implemented.Manage and optimize data flow , transformation logic , and trigger-based automations across systems.Collaborate with API and backend teams to ensure seamless integration across Apigee , Salesforce , core banking APIs etc .Governance & Operations : -
Implement governance for integration versioning, documentation, and change management .Oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting for integration workflows and connectors.Ensure adherence to RBI, PCI DSS , and data security compliance guidelines.Partner with Cloud Ops to implement CI / CD , Git-based version control , and automated deployments using Cloud Build / Jenkins .Required Skills & Experience :
8–12 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in enterprise integration and 2+ years in Google Cloud App Integration (or similar iPaaS platforms).Strong hands-on experience with :Google Cloud App Integration , Apigee , Pub / Sub , BigQuery .Salesforce Connector , Redshift Connector , and Database Connectors (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL)Expertise in REST API design , Webhooks , JSON / XML , and data mapping .Strong knowledge of service orchestration , event-driven patterns , and workflow automation .Proficiency with OAuth 2.0 , JWT , mTLS , and secure credential management in GCP.Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines , Git , Cloud Build , or Jenkins .Proven experience in leading technical teams , conducting design reviews , and enforcing governance standards .Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have :
Exposure to Open Banking , partner APIs , and RBI compliance frameworks .Experience with Kafka / Pub / Sub for event streaming.Google Cloud certifications (Apigee, Integration Specialist, or Cloud Architect) preferred.Education : - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field.
