About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and improve service delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement solutions in ServiceNow FSM & CSM modules .
  • Develop and customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow FSM / CSM with other third-party applications and enterprise tools.
  • Perform upgrades and ensure platform stability, scalability, and security.
  • Provide technical support, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot issues related to FSM and CSM modules.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and process workflows.
  • Follow ServiceNow best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration .
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) .
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and AngularJS .
  • Experience in creating Service Portal widgets, UI pages, and advanced customizations.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong knowledge of integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, etc.) .
  • Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and version management .
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITSM / FSM / CSM Implementation certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
