Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute the entire refund process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Communicate with candidates via email and phone to confirm refund eligibility, obtain required information, and provide updates.
- Investigate and resolve Stripe dispute cases by collecting relevant documentation, analyzing claims, and preparing formal responses.
- Maintain organized records of refund requests, supporting documents, and resolution statuses.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Recruitment, and Compliance to ensure accuracy and transparency in all transactions.
- Monitor recurring dispute trends and escalate any issues or patterns that need managerial attention.
- Ensure all refund and dispute handling follows internal policy and payment platform guidelines (e.g., Stripe).
Qualifications :
Prior experience in refund management, customer service, or dispute resolution preferred (especially in staffing, payroll, or fintech settings).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent documentation, record-keeping, and follow-up abilities.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential data professionally.Familiarity with Stripe or other payment processing platforms is a plus.
