QA Performance Testing

This person will work closely with product, business, engineers, marketing, and infrastructure team to provide deep insights and actionable recommendations related to testing and quality for Talent Solutions team. A successful candidate will be both technically strong and business savvy, with a passion to make an impact through his / her high Performance testing technique with timely actions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Understand and convert the Internal and external client requirements to NFR documents.
• Performance document creation (Test Plan, Test Execution Report, Test Closure Report).
• Design and execute tests with desired workloads to find out the bottlenecks and to provide input to mitigate the risk.
• Competency to understand and manage the testing of end-to-end systems with multiple dependencies effectively.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize the work as per the situation.
• Able to execute the script in a single system as well as distributed systems. Skills / Experience :
• 2-5 Years of experience in JMeter / NeoLoad / Load runner
• Protocol : Web((HTTP / FTP / WebSocket), Ajax, Truecliet, Citrix,.net
• Programming Language : Java, Java Script, Python
• Working Experience in CI / CD for performance testing
• Knowledge of monitoring, Profiling, and tuning.
• Tools : SQL Profiler, Postman, fiddler.
• Must be well versed with cloud-based application performance testing.
• Hands-on experience in the Performance test of the mobile application. Soft Skill :
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and prioritize multiple tasks
