UIUX Automation QA
Immediate joiners only - (mandatory : Tosca,Azure Description :
- Develop automated UI test scripts using Tosca, focusing on dynamic and component-based interfaces.
- Build and maintain reliable regression suites that support cross-browser and responsive testing.
- Perform manual exploratory testing to validate visual fidelity, interaction behavior, and user experience flow.
- Attend and participate in design reviews to bring early awareness to otherwise unforeseen use cases that should be considered.
- Validate components built with Angular, Kendo, and Web Components for visual and behavioral consistency.
- Ensure alignment with design specifications and accessibility standards (WCAG), including keyboard navigation, ARIA roles, and contrast compliance.
- Collaborate closely with designers to test against mockups and UX patterns.
- Participate in Agile / SAFe ceremonies and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Maintain and manage QA test environments and validate deployments.
- Capture and analyze QA metrics and report insights to the team.
- Contribute to test documentation, reusable test strategies, and overall process improvements.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices in UI / UX-focused & Skills :
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with 3 - 5 years in frontend / UI-focused roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Tosca for UI test automation and debugging.
- Strong understanding of component-based UI frameworks like Angular, Kendo, and Web Components.
- Proven experience in cross-browser and responsive testing practices.
- Familiarity with visual regression testing tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), including testing for screen readers, keyboard support, and semantic HTML.
- Skilled in Azure DevOps for test execution, tracking, and CI integration.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments with designers, developers, and product owners.
