Performance Tester - Oracle EBS Testing

Job descriptionStrong expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad Demonstrated hands-on experience in Oracle EBS performance testing In-depth understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and performance characteristics Proven experience with test planning, scripting, execution, and analysis Skilled in identifying performance issues and proposing effective solutions across application, database, and infrastructure layers Excellent communication and client interaction skills Experience working in Agile development environments Familiarity with project management and testing tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance testing, including at least 2 years focused on Oracle EBS
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of performance testing activities for Oracle EBS modules
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios based on expected user load and business needs
- Analyze performance test results and identify root causes of application, database, or infrastructure bottlenecks
- Recommend and support performance tuning strategies with development and infrastructure teams
- Create and maintain test plans, strategies, and documentation for all performance testing phases
- Work independently, manage task priorities, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for performance analysis and optimization
