The Role of a Student Recruitment Officer

This role plays a crucial part in assisting with the planning and execution of student recruitment activities across India.

As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Associate Regional Director Recruitment - South Asia & MENA, focusing on engaging with schools, colleges, and agents to meet recruitment targets, enhance market presence, and provide exceptional support to applicants throughout the admissions process.

Key responsibilities include :

• Representing the university at student recruitment exhibitions
• Responding to student and agent enquiries related to entry requirements
• Supporting the conversion journey from enquiry through to enrolment
• Assisting with application processing and ensuring accurate communication
• Conducting market research and data analysis to provide actionable insights
• Developing strong relationships with agents and stakeholders
