About This Role
We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled recruitment professional to join our team as a Student Recruitment Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective student recruitment strategies to attract top talent from across India.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent the university at student recruitment exhibitions, school visits, and college events.
- Engage with students, parents, and agents to promote the university's programs and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in India, including schools, colleges, and education agents.
- Support the conversion process from enquiry through to enrolment.
- Process applications, ensure accurate communication with stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to inform regional recruitment strategies.
