We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and market practices across the U.S. and India.
About the Role
- Manage job postings, source candidates, screen, interview, and select top talent for both U.S. and India-based positions
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
