Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent in the tech industry.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who can work independently on niche technology roles, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and evaluating technical talent in India and globally
Negotiating and engaging with candidates to secure top talent
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive effective deal closure
Analyzing data to inform recruitment strategies and improve process efficiency
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field

Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and deal closure

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
