Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, promoting corporate values, and fostering a positive company culture. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to management and provide support on HR-related matters.
