Role Overview :

We're looking for a detail-oriented and energetic HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage HR operations, employee engagement, and daily HR processes. The role requires strong coordination skills and a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage employee records, attendance, and HRMS updates.
• Handle HR documentation, onboarding formalities, and exit processes.
• Support payroll processing and leave management.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Address employee queries and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
