We’re looking for an agile and data-driven Manager HRBP support our growing organization. Therole blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution across employee relations, performance management, analytics, learning, and rewards.
What will you get to do here?
1. Business Partnering & Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring alignment between people and business goals.
- Handle employee relations proactively — issue resolution, policy interpretation, and grievance management.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture.
2. Performance Management & Development
Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle — goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and feedback processes.Enable managers to set measurable goals, provide constructive feedback, and manage underperformance.Use performance data and feedback to identify top talent, skill gaps, and development opportunities.Partner with business heads to drive merit and promotion reviews based on performance outcomes.3. People Analytics & HR Insights
Maintain HR dashboards and analyze data on headcount, attrition, engagement, and productivity trends.Use data-driven insights to recommend actionable interventions for leadership.Leverage Amber, Darwinbox, or similar tools to monitor engagement and employee sentiment.4. Learning, Growth & Capability Building
Identify learning needs in consultation with business and functional leaders.Drive behavioral, technical, and leadership learning programs.Track learning participation, feedback, and impact to strengthen capability-building frameworks.5. Rewards, Benefits & HR Operations
Support compensation benchmarking, salary review cycles, and incentive planning.Ensure smooth execution of benefits programs and HR policy compliance.Oversee employee lifecycle transactions and ensure HRIS accuracy.6. Culture & EngagementLead engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication forums.Analyze feedback from Amber or similar tools to build action plans for teams.Promote diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives across the business.Qualifications & Skills :
MBA / PGDM in HR with 5–7 years of experience in IT / tech / new-age companies.Strong exposure to HRIS and engagement tools like Amber, Darwinbox, etc.Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data interpretation skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability.Hands-on, collaborative, and passionate about people and performance.Perks of Being a Baaziga r
