Responsibilities :

In addition to the responsibilities of the Assistant Manager, the International Sales Manager will also be responsible for :
- BASIC
- Should have knowledge of product costing
- Should be able to identify new opportunities / products in the market to grow sales.
- Team Leadership & Strategy :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive international sales strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of international sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring.
- Manage and forecast international sales budgets and pipelines.
- Market Analysis & Growth :
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities in North Amerc & European markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and customer base.
- Travel & Representation :
- Travel internationally to meet with key clients and attend industry events.
- Represent the company at trade shows and other promotional activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (required).Minimum 8 years of experience in international sales management, preferably in the construction industry.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in international markets.Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.Experience in traveling internationally and managing a team.Education
