• Essential Qualifications :
• Graduation (BBA / B.Com) relevant to specialization.
• Post-Graduation (MBA / M.Com) relevant to specialization.
• Professor : Ph.D. in Marketing or Finance (only these specializations considered) 15+ Years total experience.
• Associate Professor : Marketing or Finance(only these specializations considered) 11+ Years
• Assistant Professor : Ph.D. in Marketing or Finance or Supply Chain (only this specialization considered) + 2-10 Years relevant experience.
• Key Responsibilities (Apply to both roles) :
• Develop & implement innovative teaching methods.
• Guide students in research projects & monitor academic progress.
• Create & implement career-enhancement programs.
• Supervise teaching assistants.
• Participate in departmental / college activities & committees.
• Assess & evaluate student activities and progress.
