Role Summary
India Designer Show is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Chairman . This is a demanding, high-impact role requiring exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage complex schedules within a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position based in Noida , requiring a commitment to a 6-day work week .
Key Responsibilities1. Administrative and Executive Support
Manage and maintain the Chairman's complex and dynamic calendar , including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and personal commitments.Act as the primary gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications (emails, calls) and relaying or responding appropriately and professionally.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the Chairman.Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of documents.Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.2. Meeting and Travel Coordination
Coordinate all aspects of meetings, including booking rooms, organizing necessary materials, and arranging refreshments.Attend meetings, as required, to take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.3. Operations and Event Support
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chairman.Liaise with internal department heads and external stakeholders (designers, sponsors, media) on behalf of the Chairman.Provide operational support during the planning and execution phases of the India Designer Show event, as needed.Qualifications and SkillsEducation & Experience
Graduation (Bachelor's degree) from a recognized institution is required .Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level management is highly preferred.Core Skills
Exceptional Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) : Fluency in English is mandatory. Must be articulate, professional, and capable of drafting clear, concise, and error-free correspondence.Organizational Mastery : Highly proficient in scheduling meetings, managing calendars (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook), and multi-tasking to meet tight deadlines.Technological Proficiency : Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with various communication and productivity tools.Professionalism & Discretion : Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with unwavering integrity and a high degree of emotional intelligence.Skills Required
