Ad Campaign Manager

Job descriptionRun A / B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and ad formats. Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategy to improve results. Monitor and optimize KPIs : CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality. Use advanced analytics to understand customer journeys and improve attribution. Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) as supporting channels. Coordinate multi-channel campaigns for holistic marketing impact. Work closely with creative, design, and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad assets. Research competitors, market trends, and audience behavior to inform ad strategy. Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads policies, algorithm shifts, and best practices. Proven hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns). Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting. Expertise in lead generation campaigns with measurable results. Solid experience with A / B testing and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) is a strong plus. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Reporting Dashboards. Excellent analytical thinking, market research, and problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration skills to work across creative and strategy teams.

The ideal candidate will be a data-oriented performance marketer who can blend creativity with analytics to generate leads, optimize conversions, and maximize ROI.

- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) – including reels, stories, feed ads, and audience networks.
- Strategize campaigns tailored for lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
