Ad Campaign Manager

Job descriptionRun A / B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and ad formats. Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategy to improve results. Monitor and optimize KPIs : CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality. Use advanced analytics to understand customer journeys and improve attribution . Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) as supporting channels. Coordinate multi-channel campaigns for holistic marketing impact. Work closely with creative, design, and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad assets. Research competitors, market trends, and audience behavior to inform ad strategy. Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads policies, algorithm shifts, and best practices . Proven hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns) . Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting . Expertise in lead generation campaigns with measurable results. Solid experience with A / B testing and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) is a strong plus. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Reporting Dashboards . Excellent analytical thinking, market research, and problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration skills to work across creative and strategy teams.
