LOGIC ERP - Manager - Channel Sales

Job descriptionBuild, develop, and manage relationships with channel partners to drive consistent business growth. Leverage an existing network of active channel partners, especially on Mumbais Western Line, to generate leads and close deals. Identify, onboard, and engage new channel partners to expand the sales network. Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to maximize productivity. Track and manage leads / opportunities through CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to create sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and partner engagement activities. Drive business by planning and executing field visits, partner events, and customer interactions. Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for management. Achieve sales targets consistently while ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Requirements & Qualifications :
- 5- 8 years of proven experience in sourcing and managing business through channel partners within the real estate sector.
- Strong network of channel partners in Mumbai, especially across the Western Line, is a significant advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, including trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- A go-getter with a flexible, outcome-focused approach
