Project Lead – After Sales – Chennai(Velachery Location)

Knowledge & Skills

Relevant Experience :

  • 12-14 years with expertise & experience in implementing Greenfield Aftersales Warehouse / Logistics end to end Project
  • Experience in OEM Automotive Vertical (2W / 4W)

EXPECTED END RESULTS

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1.Identify Competitive Logistic Partners viz. Vendors, 3PL & Transporters

  • Liaison with Purchase, Finance, Legal, Taxation, IS / IT HR, Real Estate, Safety / Security & Business

    • 2. Build an Efficient and Cost Optimal Logistic solution to meet Business Requirements viz. Warehouse / Transport etc

  • Capacity Planning for Inventory & Operations
  • Define the Layout & MHE’s requirement

    • 3.Planning of Project Phases & Milestones

  • Detail Project Management schedule
  • Periodic Progress Updates & Review with Stake Holders.
  • Risk Assessment & Contingency Planning

    • 4.Identify and Build an End-to-End IT Solution for Logistics Operations

  • Consolidate System Requirements
  • Close collaboration with IS / IT Team & Developers for requirement readiness as per Milestones.

    • 5.Ensure Legal / Compliance / Approvals for smooth Supply Chain flows

  • Coordinate closely with Finance, Tax and Consultants
  • Ensure compliance related readiness inline with India regulations / framework

    • Desired Personal Traits : Good Negotiation skills, Team Player, Self -Motivated, Techno-Commercial understanding, Excellent Communication
