Position : Odoo ERP Implementation : Enterprise Systems / : to : Systems Lead / CTO.
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Odoo ERP Implementation Resource to drive end-to-end deployment, customization, and adoption of Odoo ERP across our business units.
The role demands strong functional knowledge, systems thinking, and the ability to translate business processes into scalable Odoo workflows.
This position is critical to ensuring our ERP becomes the digital backbone of operations, aligning finance, procurement, sales, HR, and other functions with enterprise-wide discipline and growth Responsibilities Gathering & Analysis :
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand functional needs (Accounts, Finance, Operations, HR, Sales, Procurement).
- Map existing processes and identify gaps / improvement opportunities.
- Document workflows and prepare functional requirement specifications.
ERP Implementation & Configuration :
Lead Odoo ERP setup, module selection, configuration, and deployment.Customize forms, workflows, and reports to align with organizational policies.Ensure proper integration with POS, CRM, eCommerce, inventory, and other connected systems.Testing & Validation :
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with cross-functional teams.Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system performance.Training & Adoption :
Train end-users and managers on ERP modules and usage discipline.Build documentation, SOPs, and quick-reference guides for ERP usage.Support & Continuous Improvement :
Provide post-implementation support for issues and enhancements.Monitor system usage, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.Stay updated with Odoo releases, features, and ecosystem & Qualifications : Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.Experience :
2 to 5 years of Odoo ERP implementation experience (functional or techno-functional).Hands-on exposure to modules like Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR.Experience with POS, multi-company, or multi-currency setups is an added advantage.Technical Skills (preferred but not mandatory) :
Python and PostgreSQL (for customization).API integrations with third-party tools.Knowledge of Linux server deployment and Odoo.Functional Skills :
Strong business process understanding (finance, procurement, HR, retail operations).Ability to translate process requirements into system workflows.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.Soft Skills :
