Key Responsibilities :
Review arrival lists and ensure personalized guest welcome.
Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs), resolving their queries and ensuring satisfaction.
Assist in preparing welcome kits (e.g., room service menus, local area information).
Provide guests with information about amenities, venues, and services.
Build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs proactively.
Assist with guest tasks like confirming travel arrangements or managing special requests.
Address and resolve guest complaints professionally; escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records in the guest logbook.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and service quality standards.
Key Requirements : Education :
Degree in Hospitality
Technical Skills :
Proficient in guest management and hospitality service tools
Strong command over English (additional languages are a plus)
Personal Traits :
Customer-oriented, well-presented, and tactful
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Calm, organized, and composed under pressure
