We are looking for a
Sales Executive
who is passionate about hospitality, events, and guest-centric experiences, and eager to contribute to our growth journey.
Role Overview
The
Sales Executive
will support and drive revenue generation for both
room sales
(Centro) and
events / catering / décor (Bloom). This role requires a mix of
business development, client servicing, and sales execution . It is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, understands hospitality sales, and has a flair for events and décor.
Key Responsibilities
Rooms & Hospitality Sales (Centro)
Assist in achieving monthly and annual
room sales targets .
Generate and maintain
corporate tie-ups, travel agent relationships, and direct bookings .
Promote special packages, promotions, and loyalty offerings.
Track competitor pricing and contribute insights to revenue strategies.
Events, Catering & Décor Sales (Bloom)
Identify and convert leads for
social and corporate events .
Work with clients to suggest
catering menus and décor concepts .
Coordinate with operations and F&B teams for smooth execution.
Build connections with event planners, corporates, and local communities.
Business Development & Client Servicing
Conduct
sales calls, property show-rounds, and presentations .
Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close sales.
Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Support in promotional events, trade fairs, and networking activities.
Key Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business / Event Management (preferred).
Experience : 2–4 years in
hotel sales or event sales .
Exposure to
catering and décor sales
is a plus.
Skills :
Strong communication and relationship-building ability.
Negotiation and presentation skills.
Creativity in packaging events and décor solutions.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, OTAs, and MS Office.
Personality :
Energetic, guest-focused, target-driven, with an eye for aesthetics and details.
