Senior Power BI Consultant

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Power BI Consultant to lead strategic data initiatives and deliver advanced analytics solutions. The resource will have deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling, along with strong leadership and collaboration skills. This role involves architecting complex dashboards, mentoring team members, and driving innovation in data visualization and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients to define strategic data goals.

Architect and develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards.

Drive innovative UI / UX design strategies for enhanced user experience.

Utilize expert-level DAX formulas for advanced calculations and data manipulation.

Oversee seamless integration of external and varied data sources into Power BI.

Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for critical reporting issues.

Ensure adherence to best practices in report maintenance and optimization.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills :

8-11 years of experience in Power BI development with a proven track record.

In-depth knowledge of Power BI, advanced DAX, and data modeling techniques.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.

Ability to architect scalable and efficient BI solutions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Pharma domain experience is a plus.
